Skyport Tycoon

Skyport Tycoon hands you a tiny airstrip and asks you to grow it into a hub without everything grinding to a halt. It's a management sim at heart, all about flow and bottlenecks.

The loop is satisfying: add a gate, watch it fill, realize security can't keep up, scramble to fix it. Numbers stay readable, and the UI doesn't hide the data you need to plan.

It can get idle-grindy late game, where you're mostly waiting for money to build the next thing. But the early and mid hours are genuinely absorbing.
